Rockermans will exchange or refund any item if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. You can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable. The items must be unused, free from defects, returned in their original packaging and be in a resalable condition as new.

Before returning goods it is necessary to contact us. Returns will not be accepted without authorisation from Rockermans. All items to be returned must reach us within 14 working days of damage notification.

Returns Costs
Any costs incurred in returning products are the responsibility of the customer.  We cannot accept responsibility for goods whilst in transit and we advise that all items are returned using a traceable and recorded service. If you use a recorded service and the goods do not arrive it is your responsibility to claim off your postage provider. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
