Delivery details
Local deliveries (that is up to 15 miles from Stoke on Trent ) are carried out by our own transport and are £25 regardless of the number of items. Deliveries outside our local area are via a one man delivery service which is guarranteed within ten days of collection from us,( but usually takes half that time) The driver will place the ordered items in your home,if you require him to. But he would need assistance with heavier items. The cost of this service is in the next section. If you think your delivery is of enough items to fill our own van then contact us for a special quotation.
Shipping Costs
How much is delivery?
Delivery cost is determined by the size of the biggest item you buy. With multiple purchases each extra item is £10 as long as it is the same size or smaller than thebiggest item.
Small items such as a nest of tables or bedside cabinet Cost £35 so if you wanted to buy two bedside cabinets it would cost £45 (£35+£10)
Medium sized items such as chests of drawers, sideboards, tv units and coffee tables cost £50.00 so if you wanted to buy a sideboard with a plasma base & a nest of tables it would cost £70 (£50+£10+£10)
Large items such as wardrobes, dressers, beds, dining tables, sofas, armchairs cost £70.00 so a sofa with two armchairs is £90 (£70+£10+£10) and a table with six chairs would cost £100.00 (as most chairs come 2 per box)
We do not deliver to KW, some of IV/AB/PA or off mainland.

Returns Policy
Rockermans will exchange or refund any item provided that,
1. You have a valid reason for return.
2. The item is returned using all original packaging.
3. Before returning goods it is necessary to contact us. Returns will not be accepted without authorisation from Rockermans.
4. All returns should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Returns Costs
Any costs incurred in returning products are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for goods whilst in transit and we advise that all items are returned using a trackable and recorded service. If you use a recorded service and the goods do not arrive it is your responsibility to claim off your postage provider. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
