How much is delivery?

Deliveries to UK mainland destinations are £25.00 regardless of number of items per order.

Orders over £750.00 are free of charge. 

We do not deliver to KW, some of IV/AB/PA or off mainland except by special arrangement.

Returns Policy 

Rockermans will exchange or refund any item provided that,

1. You have a valid reason for return.
2. The item is returned using all original packaging.
3. Before returning goods it is necessary to contact us. Returns will not be accepted without authorisation from Rockermans.
4. All returns should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Returns Costs
 

Any costs incurred in returning products are the responsibility of the customer.  We cannot accept responsibility for goods whilst in transit and we advise that all items are returned using a trackable and recorded service. If you use a recorded service and the goods do not arrive it is your responsibility to claim off your postage provider. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
